The area is particularly quiet for those who want tranquility and relaxation, but also in a relatively short distance (1km) from the tourist part of Laganas, which is one of the most popular resorts of Zakynthos island, full of restaurants, taverns, bars and clubs, shops, water-sports etc . It is also home to the national marine park where the protected species of loggerhead turtles (caretta-caretta) come to nest.
Laganas beach is one of the longest beaches on the island, sandy with warm and shallow waters, ideal for children.

OUR HOUSES
Three Graces Holiday Houses Complex, consists of 14 semi-detached, self-catering maisonettes, which can accommodate from 5 to 10 people.
All houses are new and well equipped for families or groups, with fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, jacuzzi and BBQ.
Three Graces, also rent furnished apartments in Zakynthos town, addressed to couples, small families, business, or solo travelers. Three Graces' Town Apartments offer amenities, tranquility, and limitless town view.
THALIA
3 semi-detached 3storey villas of 125 sq.m., that can accommodate up to 9 persons, ideal for families or large groups.
Each villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable holiday, with private pool, hot tub and BBQ, and just 2 km away from the sandy beach of Laganas.
Air conditioning, satellite TV, and free WiFi are offered.
AGLAEA
6 attractive and well-appointed 3storey, semi-detached maisonettes of 95 sq. m., each with private pool with hydro-massage function.
All Aglaea houses has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and can sleep 6 persons, and are fully equipped with all the modern amenities of home, such as air- conditioning, satellite TV free internet access, dish-washer and washing machine.
EUPHROSYNE
5 modern homes of 80 sq.m. in 3 levels, with balcony. Tastefully decorated, all houses have two bedrooms, three bathrooms and can sleep 5. All are fully equipped with all amenities, air-conditioning and free internet access.
Each Euphrosyne house has private pool, while all share two hot tubs. It is ideal for families and larger parties who want to go on holiday together, but at the same time, retain the privacy of a separate, individual house.
